Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SOHO Pool Club venue, facilities and website (sohophuket.com), operated by Simba Sea Trips Co., Ltd ("SOHO", "we", "us"). By making a reservation, purchasing a package or entering the venue you agree to these terms.

1. Reservations & bookings

Table, day-bed, wellness and sports-club reservations are subject to availability and, where indicated, confirmation of a deposit. We reserve the right to hold a reserved table for up to 15 minutes past the booked time before releasing it. Group and event bookings may be subject to a separate written agreement and minimum-spend arrangement.

2. Pool, day passes & facilities

Pool access is free of charge for guests using our bar and dining service. SOHO Wellness (sauna and ice bath) and day-pass packages are chargeable and priced as displayed at the time of booking. Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times. Use of all facilities is at your own risk and subject to the venue rules and the direction of our staff.

3. Food & beverage

All food and beverages consumed on the premises must be purchased from SOHO Pool Club. Outside food and drink are not permitted. We will always try to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies where notified in advance, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

4. Wellness & sports-club sessions

Wellness and simulator/sports-club sessions must be booked for a specific date and time. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session. Sessions missed or arrived-for late may be shortened or forfeited. Health and safety guidance provided by our instructors must be followed.

5. Conduct & right of admission

We operate a smart-casual, family-friendly environment. We reserve the right to refuse admission or ask any guest to leave whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or offensive to other guests or staff, without refund.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, SOHO Pool Club is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings, or for injury arising from a guest's failure to follow venue rules or staff instructions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Pricing & payment

Displayed prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable taxes and service unless stated otherwise. We accept major cards and approved digital payments.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your visit or booking. Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy and your data by our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand and subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
