Cancellation Policy

Last updated: September 2026. This Cancellation Policy applies to reservations, packages, sessions and events at SOHO Pool Club (sohophuket.com), operated by Simba Sea Trips Co., Ltd. It is written for our venue and does not carry over any boat-tour cancellation terms.

Table & day-bed reservations

Standard table and day-bed reservations can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked time. Reserved tables are held for 15 minutes past the booking time before being released.

Wellness & day-pass packages

Pre-paid SOHO Wellness (sauna & ice bath) and day-pass packages may be rescheduled or cancelled with a full refund up to 24 hours before the session. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable but may be rebooked once at our discretion.

Sports club & simulator sessions

Simulator and sports-club sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time. Sessions cancelled inside 24 hours or missed are charged in full.

Private events & group bookings

Weddings, corporate functions, birthdays and other private events are subject to the terms of their individual booking agreement, including any deposit and minimum-spend arrangement. Unless stated otherwise in that agreement, deposits for private events are non-refundable, and the balance is payable per the agreed schedule.

Weather (outdoor events)

Our pool and indoor areas remain open in most conditions. For pre-booked outdoor functions affected by severe weather we will work with you to reschedule to a mutually convenient date.

How to cancel

To change or cancel a booking, contact us as early as possible by email at info@simbaseatrips.com or by phone/WhatsApp on +66 81 787 7702, quoting your booking name and date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
