In the kitchen, Chef Ai cooks Thai classics and international favourites side by side — from Pad Thai and Massaman to Australian Wagyu smash burgers and wood-fired pizza — with a proper wine list and a cocktail menu to match. Poolside by day, Friday happy hour at five, private dinners in the Andaman Dining Room by night.
Beyond the water there's more: Soho Wellness for sauna-and-ice-bath contrast therapy, the upstairs Clubhouse for live sport and F1 on the big screens, and Simpro Academy's racing and flight simulators just inside. It all sits on a working marina, so there's always something moving on the water.
