Introduction

SOHO Pool Club aims to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for every guest. We understand that plans can change, and this policy outlines the process for making, modifying, and cancelling reservations, as well as our approach to refunds.

3.1  How to Make a Reservation

Reservations can be made through the following channels:

  • By telephone at +66817877702 during business hours
  • By email to info@simbaseatrips.com

A reservation is considered confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation from the SOHO Pool Club team.

3.2  Deposits

Certain bookings – including private event hire, cabana reservations, group dining, and SIMPRO Academy simulator packages – may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposit requirements will be clearly communicated at the time of confirmation.

3.3  Cancellation Policy

Pool Club & Dining Reservations

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the reservation: Full refund of any deposit paid.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation or no-shows: The full deposit is non-refundable.

Private Events & Group Bookings

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: Full refund of the deposit, minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
  • Cancellations made 7–14 days before the event: 50% of the deposit will be retained.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: The full deposit is non-refundable.

Wellness & Simulator Packages

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: Full refund or rescheduling offered.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: No refund; rescheduling may be available at management’s discretion.

3.4  How to Cancel or Modify a Reservation

Cancellations are only accepted in writing (email or message). Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

3.5  Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. SOHO Pool Club is not responsible for delays caused by the guest’s bank or payment provider.

3.6  Force Majeure

In the event that SOHO Pool Club must cancel or modify your reservation due to circumstances beyond our control (including severe weather, government directives, or other force majeure events), we will offer a full refund of all deposits paid, or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

3.7  No-Show Policy

Guests who do not arrive within 15 minutes of a confirmed reservation time and have not contacted us in advance will be considered a no-show. The reservation may be released and any deposit forfeited in accordance with the cancellation terms above.

3.8  Complaints & Disputes

We value your feedback. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience or a refund decision, please contact us in writing at info@simbaseatrips.com. We will respond within 5 business days and work with you to reach a fair resolution.
